I like hoodie weather, catchy music, my 1999 Mazda Miata, and kindhearted people. I appreciate terrible puns, investigative journalism podcasts, and adventures big and small. I believe in smiling at strangers, teaching my sons to treat others with love and respect, and uncovering the good in the world.

My love for photography began as a teenager with rolls of black-and-white film in my high school darkroom. I have worked professionally with a range of portrait, commercial, and event clients since 2007, and made this my full-time gig in 2010.
